Villa Katoe is a traditional stone-built rustic villa, situated in a peaceful residential area of Peyia. It combines rustic Cypriot charm with all the modern conveniences your family needs for a comfortable holiday.


A fully equipped, open plan kitchen including washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and clay pizza oven (no dishwasher). There is a dining area with table and chairs for eight guests.


The comfortable lounge area offers two leather sofas, charming open fire and TV with access to UK channels, sports and films. The living area opens straight out onto the patio and pool area, making it very safe for families with young children.


Off the hallway and all on the same level, you will find 3 double bedrooms with ensuites. The master bedroom has a king size four poster bed, with ensuite including bath and overhead shower. The further 2 bedrooms, host twin beds and ensuite shower rooms. All bedrooms offer air conditioning.


The outside area offers a charming L-shaped pool, luxury sun loungers and recliners, covered al fresco dining facilities with BBQ plus luxury canopy seating for the perfect afternoon snooze or sundowners drinks. There is a driveway and parking for one car.

Peyia (Peyeia)


Peyia is set on the gentle sloping hills above Coral Bay. It offers a charming mix of old traditional buildings and Cypriot way of life along with a growing number of modern villas and English influence.


The village features an imposing church at its heart, surrounded by pretty, municipal gardens, a traditional watering station, old weeping willows and tall Oleander. Peyia offers its visitors a slow and gently pace of life, yet still blends magically with today’s holiday makers.


The village has a great mix of local tavernas, combined with newer/themed restaurants, bars and cafes. The local tavernas offer visitors the most amazing meze of Cypriot foods and local wines at great value for money. The Villa owners would be delighted to provide you with a list of their favourite locals!


And for those not wanting to venture out and enjoy al fresco dining then look no further than gathering supplies from the local butchers, fish shop, fresh vegetables and fabulous deli and bakery all in the village. You can also shop locally at Phillipos supermarket, set in the heart of the village, behind the church. Here you will find a range of fresh produce, fruit & veg, meats, drinks, tinned foods, household and even clothing. If that’s not enough, then you can always visit Phillipos bigger store just 5 minutes away in Coral Bay whose range would even put the UK’s larger food stores to shame!
